30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Blockwise LA subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to all paid plans (Renter and Pro), first purchase or renewal.

7-day free trial (Renter)

The Renter plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial you won't be charged. If you continue past day 7, your card is charged and the 30-day refund window begins on the charge date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email, or email us at support@blockwise.la and we'll take care of it. Refunds typically land in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After the 30-day window

Beyond 30 days, refunds are considered case-by-case for things like service outages or accidental duplicate charges. Email support@blockwise.la and we'll work with you.

Canceling vs refunding

Canceling stops future charges but doesn't refund past ones. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. You can cancel any time from your account page.
